Pancakes is Summer's pet rabbit.

When Summer decided to free a bunch of animals from lab testing, she got kicked out of college. But she also got her adorable pet rabbit, Pancakes. During the O.C. series finale, Pancakes has babies and Ryan takes one home and names him Flapjack.
