Julie and Caleb is the relationship between Julie and Caleb Nichol, throughout the first and second seasons of the Fox drama series The O.C.. They have a tumultuous relationship that eventually ends in their marriage being disoveld , through Caleb's subsequent death.
Summary[]
While Julie originally met Caleb through her (now) also ex-husband, Jimmy Cooper, the nature of their relationship changed after she filed for divorce. Her and Cal met up again at a party, where she tells him how complicated her life has become in the past year and he says to reach out if she ever needs anything. Soon the two start dating, shocking Kirsten, the daughter of Caleb and close friend of Julie's. While the two deal with many ups and downs due to Caleb's struggle to move on from his former wife who passed away many years ago, they make it work and eventually are engaged.
