He is one of the sons of Pancakes, adopted by Summer Roberts.
Flapjacks story
When Summer decided to free a bunch of animals from lab testing, she got kicked out of college. But she also got her adorable pet rabbit, Pancakes. During the series finale of The O.C., Summer, along with Taylor Townsend, discovers a group of rabbit puppies under her bed, and that's how she realizes that Pancakes is actually a female.
During the season finale, we find out that Ryan Atwood took one of Panckes's puppies, and called him Flapjack.
