The Cohen residence was the home of Sandy and Kirsten Cohen, and their sons Seth and Ryan. Was located in the Pelican Cove gated community of Newport Beach. In the episode The Shake Up, the house, is destroyed by the terrible earthquake that shockes the whole of California.
