Cindy was a minor character on "The O.C.". She was portrayed by Holly Fields.
Story of the Character[]
Cindy is Julie's estranged younger sister, Julie had not spoken to her since she "frequented rich people," because Cindy's rough and peasant ways made Julie feel ashamed. She showed up at her sister's engagement party, she had been contacted by her niece Marissa, but the woman combined a disaster and so she was kicked out, but before leaving she told Julie that she loved her very much and knew that she loved her too, just like when they were little girls. We don't know what happened to her after her only appearance, but most likely she returned to Riverside (where she lives) from her four children.
