Charlotte Morgan was a recurring character throughout the third season of the Fox drama series The O.C. She was portrayed by Jeri Ryan.

Charlotte was criminal, who made friends with rich people, but then cons them and then robs them, stealing all their money.
The woman, meets Kirsten Cohen in rehab. She forms a deep connection with her and the two eventually move to their own 'halfway house' at Lake Arrowhead. It is later revealed that she is a con artist and was attempting to scam thousands from Kirsten. Eventually Kirsten's best friend: Julie Cooper, finds out about Charlotte's plan and stops her.
