Casey was a minor character in the third season of the Fox drama series The O.C.. She was portrayed by Kayla Ewell.

Casey is the former girlfriend of the deceased Johnny Harper, the two, together attend the Newport Union, a school located in the "poor" part of Newport. She immediately showed her kindness to Marissa, even if she later felt a little threatened by the beauty of the girl, sensing that Johnny, her boyfriend, felt attracted to Marissa. Feeling left out and unwanted, she ends up cheating on her boyfriend with his rival Kevin Volchok. After having discovered them in bed together, Johnny leaves her. She then apologizes to Marissa for misjudging her, telling her that she understands she is not a bad person, and understands why Johnny fell in love with her.
